Main missions
- Management of leave (establishment of leaves of absence, planning of annual leave, maternity leave, etc.)
- Preparation of variable salary elements
- Management of the relationship with the various employee representative bodies (unions, staff representatives, labor inspectorates)
- Gestion des contrats
- Recruitment of staff (definition of the profile sought, selection of applications, interviews, orientation and integration)
- Administrative management (establishment of employment certificates, work certificates, internship certificate, mail management, Cnss registration, etc.)
- Staff performance evaluation
- Drafting of standard operating procedures
- Management of the relationship with the CNSS and CNAMGS (registration of employees, publication of cessation / certificate of employment,
declaration of accidents at work, management of social benefits)
- Management of the HR dashboard (update and follow-up of HR databases, including monitoring of the workforce, the evolution of careers and all movements of hiring staff at departure)
- Attendance management at the station
- Monitoring HR quality indicators
- Writing of administrative letters
- Archiving management at the department level
Required level of study
Experience
- 1 to 2 years in a similar position
Languages requirements
- Mastery of the English language is essential
