Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees oversees CERMEL and its work.
CERMEL is registered as a not-for-profit association according to Gabonese law. It is recognised as an organisation of public interest by the government.
The association is led by a Board of Trustees which meet at least once a year. The Board oversees the work of the Board of Directors of the Research Center and receives their technical and financial report. The Board of Trustees currently has 9 members and is headed by Prof. Peter Kremsner.
